I'm taking this opportunity to let off steam. It isn't easy being the spouse of someone with dystonia. Some mates have spasmotic torticollis or certvical dystonia, while others have generalized dystonia. Even others have bletharospasm (involving the eye lids closing), but the majority have a great deal of neck pain. I know it hurts and I need to be more sympathetic, but it isn't easy all the time. I try. Just this comment... If you love your spouse, be patient, be helpful and don't lose your temper. He or she doesn't mean to be so nasty.
